Pagi tadi bangun tidur tiba2 la pulak terhingin nak g makan dekat restoran 360 dekat menara KL. Considering kalau beli Groupon, memang murah sket tapi kena allow 3 hari for arrangement makanya aku pilih book direct dari website restoran which cost RM92.45 per person for lunch compare to 80+ book through groupon. Since si tecit bawah 4, she eat for free.. yeayy!
Lepas bayaran online settle, the restaurant terus hantar confirmation emel & tanya nak upgrade ke window seat x. It cost Rm25 per table, so I upgrade lah. The restaurant offer 2 lunch session start at 11.30, hi tea & 2 dinners sessions. All sessions last for 2 hours. Lunch cost RM92.45 adults, RM71.35 (age 5 -12), weekday hi tea for RM60.90/ RM50.40 while weekend rate RM71.35/ RM50.45, dinner for RM207.90/ RM144.90. I have high expectation on this, malangnya my experience tainted by 'waiting time' & failed crowd management!

Kol 1 kitaorang sampai. Parking area dia very limited, thank god we all dapat parking. Kol 1.10 sampai kaunter dekat ground level, have to go up teh escalator to get here. The receptionist ask us to come again kol 1.25. Wonder juga apsal xbagi je tiket, kalau pun takut crowded maybe ble control dekat lift.
Kol 1.25 g balik ke kaunter. Dengg! Ramai gila orang & q pun dah panjang. Panas je hati! Ingatkan tu je, rupanya mas nak naik lift pun kena q panjang. Ok. Accept. Sampai atas, ingatkan exclusive la dapat terus p seat. Skali kena tunggu sampai nama ko kena panggil.

Walaupun tak la lama sangat nak tunggu tapi still, annoying! Maybe juga sebab ramai sangat orang, kelihatan la the staff sibuk pikul meja tambahan. Maybe tak cukup la kot. I was wondering juga, boleh pula main tambah2 meja, patutnya dorang fix la how many person yang boleh masuk.Dalam 1.45 kot baru table ready. Thank god our table at that moment dekat dengan food counter makanya terus la kitaorang serang the counter before we have to walk far as the dining area revolve.
