Sakura In Seoul Vs Osaka & Kyoto : Part 1

Ok, first I have to explain why I compared these three. It is simply because I've experienced Cherry Blossom season in Seoul, Osaka & Kyoto. Which one is the best? My 1st choice will be Kyoto, then Osaka and Seoul.
